At Femme Flair, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. We currently ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following details carefully:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons or the nature of the product, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Mini Dresses

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  4. Package the item(s) securely and include the RAN inside the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and process the returned item. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
