To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  4. Package the item(s) securely and include the RAN inside the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Exchanges
